My Polish is pretty poor, but I do not trust that translation.
The translation (niemiecka nazwa: Donau Bielau) is obviously wrong. The name has to be in German. I would write (po niemecku: Nieder Bielau).
Google is not 100% useless for translations. It can be of assistance, but you must know what you are doing or you can get into a lot of trouble.
I ran the German text through Google and it came up with something entirely different but just as bad.
You could try these, but they will be just as laughable.
If you are serious about tracing your family history here, you will need professional help, and that will cost. A Polish genealogical group might be able to help. The only bright spot is that at the period you are searching the records were almost certainly in German.
